      <image:caption>Kramar måste ändå vara bland de bästa life-hacks som finns! När vi kramas utsöndras lugn och ro-hormonet, oxytocin, vilket har en massa coola effekter i kroppen. Det minskar ångest och stress, gör att vi läker snabbare, lugnar pulsen och balanserar våra stresshormoner. Kramar brukar dessutom leda till att vi känner oss älskade vilket i sin tur lugnare ner nervsystemet ytterligare. Allt detta medan vi knappt gör någonting alls :) en perfekt yin-aktivitet! Har du ingen att kramas med så krama på dig själv! När du berör dig själv på ett skönt sätt så utsöndras oxytocin även då! Kram på dig!</image:caption>

Vi behöver följa naturens cykler och under hösten vissnar växtligheten, vi behöver ta avsked av sommarens värme och liv. Det är helt naturligt att känna ett sting av sorg och gör vi jobbet ordentligt lär vi oss att tacka det som varit och sen släppa taget. Det är Tjocktarmens stora uppgift. Både att släppa taget om avföringen så att vi inte blir förstoppade och att hjälpa oss släppa känslor så vi inte bär med oss röriga känslor in i vintern.</image:title>
